Description

1987 Ken Griffey Jr. Signed Bellingham Mariners Program - Early Signature. At the age when most kids are contemplating their future, Ken Griffey Jr. was realizing his dream. Griffey Jr. was the top selection of the 1987 MLB draft and first appeared on the professional level in 1987 in Bellingham with the Class A squad. Griffey proved he belonged as he smacked 14 home runs in 54 games. This program is signed by Griffey Jr. during the earliest stages of his career. A number of his teammates signed in similar purple ink. There is a 3" tear on the cover but it does not approach Griffey Jr.'s signature. A JSA sticker is located inside. A roster sheet is also included. COA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
