Description

1956 Kansas City Athletics Multi-Signed Program. The 1956 Kansas City Athletics finished with a 52-102 record, placing last in the American League. Managed by Lou Boudreau, the team struggled with both pitching and offense throughout the season. Despite the poor record, players like Hector Lopez and Vic Power provided some bright spots with solid individual performances. The season reflected the Athletics' ongoing difficulties in Kansas City during the 1950s.

Offered is a program from that season signed by Midwestern ballers Bobby Shantz, Clete Boyer, Héctor López, Jack McMahan, and Art Ditmar. Toning and handling wear exhibited. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.

Guide Value or Estimate: $400 - up.
