    Description

1934 PD9 "Ward's Sporties" Charlie Grimm Pinback. Hobbyists have the challenge of acquiring this scarce series thanks to the Ward Baking Company who produced these red-white and blue 1-1/4" diameter pins in 1934. Each pin reads "Good Sports Enjoy - Ward's Sporties" circling a player portrait - in this instance it is baseball hurler Charlie Grimm. The pin shows little signs of age or handling with just a few spots of staining in the interior. Overall Near Mint to Mint quality.

Guide Value or Estimate: $400 - up.
