Ted Williams Signed Oversized Photograph. A delightful oversized (16x20") representation of the Splendid Splinter places him at Detroit's Briggs Stadium for the 1941 All-Star Game. The perennial clutch hitter Ted Williams blasted the game-winning three-run homer in the ninth inning of that game, which is the scene we see here. Also in the frame are his AL teammates Joe DiMaggio and Joe Gordon, who occupied the basepaths when Williams went yard. Ted has signed in 10/10 blue sharpie.
