Circa 1932 Babe Ruth Oversized Culver Service Photograph, Type 1. Handwritten pencil notation on verso, joining "Culver Service" stamping, entitles this piece as "Babe Ruth Taking Off." Appropriately named, the image captures the Babe exiting the batter's box, his eyes following the high flight of what is almost certainly a home run shot. Wear and minor creasing is confined almost entirely to the outer edges, leaving the central focus largely unblemished. 11x14". Confirmed as "Type 1" by PSA/DNA. CGC grade: Good.
