    c. 1911 Kenesaw Mountain Landis with Nephew Vintage Photograph. A decade before he became the heavy-handed first Commissioner of Baseball, Kenesaw Mountain Landis posed for this photograph with his five-month-old nephew whose parents had named him after his uncle. Consigned directly from the Landis family this photograph itself measures 2x7", but is double-mounted in a 6x8" fold-out pamphlet. On the left fold is written, in blue ink, "KML, KML II 5 months old." in an unknown hand. Image features "Harrington Logansport, IND" embossing at the bottom and some gelatin streaking to both sides of the Landis'. Moderate wear exhibited throughout the 107-year old piece.
