1978 New York Yankees World Champion Team Signed Photograph. Despite being the defending champions, the 1978 New York Yankees found themselves in trouble by July, when they were 14.5 games behind the Boston Red Sox in the AL East. But they rallied to take the division in a one game playoff and found themselves facing the Dodgers in the Fall Classic for the second consecutive year. Here the '78 World Series winners are shown as they celebrate their Game 6 win at Dodger Stadium. The 16x20" photo includes the signatures of several of the team's most-beloved stars, including Mickey Rivers, Bucky Dent, Goose Gossage, Willie Randolph, Graig Nettles, Reggie Jackson, Ron Guidry, Sparky Lyle and more.
