    Description

1960 Ted Williams Last At-Bat Home Run Original News Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. Ted Williams ended his career in style. Hollywood couldn't have scripted a better ending to the Splendid Splinter's story. In his last at-bat, Williams hit a home run. Although the home crowd begged for a tip of the cap or curtain call, Williams circled the bases and settled into the dugout. This original 8x10" photo captures Williams' final swing for eternity. Moderate creasing is found on the lower right corner. The following appear on back: "Please Credit Fred Kaplan" and "Last at-bat - Home Run." LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
