1950's Presidential First Pitch Photographs Lot of 6 from the Casey Stengel Collection. Casey gets up close and personal with the Commander in Chief in these half dozen wire photographs snapped at Opening Day and World Series games. Five picture Casey with Dwight D. Eisenhower, with the best image being an oversized (10x13") shot of Casey and Duke Snider posing with Ike at the opening game of the 1956 World Series at Ebbets Field. The oldest image pictures Casey beginning the 1951 season in Washington with a first pitch from President Truman. Most appear to be wire photos of some form, and measure 8x10" with the single noted exception. A very presentable EX-MT overall.
