    Description

1939 Mel Ott Original News Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. The Trylon and Perisphere patch on Ott's left sleeve dates the jersey he wears to 1938, when all Big Apple gamers were similarly adorned in support of the New York World's Fair. Ott would lead all National Leaguers that year with thirty-six home runs, the third consecutive season atop the Junior Circuit's long ball list. But this image was snapped in Baton Rouge batting practice in 1939, according to the paper caption on reverse, verifying the hobby wisdom that the previous season's jerseys were commonly worn during spring training. "International News Photo" stamping on reverse. Dimensions 6x6.25". EX. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
