    Description

1939 Babe Ruth Visits Jackson, MS Original Snapshot Photographs Lot of 5, PSA/DNA Type 1. Period newspapers from this Deep South locale tell us that Ruth spent eight days in Jackson as an instructor for a baseball school in March 1939. These are one-of-a-kind snapshots from that event--each is stamped and dated by a local photographic developing studio on verso, and one image shows the word "Jackson" on a baseball scoreboard. Ruth wears his 1934 Tour of Japan uniform in the images, the same outfit he'd wear a few months later at the Grand Opening of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Each photo measures 4.5x3.25" and presents flawlessly. Each encapsulated by PSA/DNA, Type 1. Full LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1 for each.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
