    1935-40 Hank Greenberg Vintage Photograph Lot of 5 with '35 World Series Image and Three Home Runs.
    Offered are the following vintage Hank Greenberg photographs:
    8/23/35: 8x10" photograph of Greenberg mashing his thirty-second home run of the season in a loss to the Yankees. Light-to-moderate wear throughout, with heavier creasing in the upper corners. Reverse feature Kuenzel and news stampings, purple "AUG 23 1935" date stamp, "BB AL Det Action Batting" written in blue pencil, and "Greenberg hitting 32 Home Run ou_ Left Field wall 6th inning" written in graphite.

    10/6/35: Caption on the 7x9" photograph reads, "Hank Greenberg, huge Tiger first baseman shown as he shamed out a single in the Tiger half of the first inning of the fourth game of the World Series at St Louis, Mo. Oct _6. Carleton was on the mound for the Cardinals at the time. Light-to-moderate wear shown throughout, original caption included - but not attached - "The Cleveland News" stamping on the reverse.

    8/20/38: 8x10" photograph of Greenberg rounding first base in a posed shot. Light-to-moderate wear throughout, with slight creasing around the corners. reverse features a Kuenzel stamp, "Henry Greenberg B.B." written in blue pencil, "Hank Greenberg rounding fisrt" written in graphite, a circled "1" written in pink pencil, a purple "SEP 10 1938" and a purple "1938 AUG 20 PM 2 38" stamp.

    6/28/40" 8x10" photograph of Greenberg walking back from the plate after blasting an opposite field home run against the St. Louis Browns. Light-to-moderate wear throughout with some creasing in the upper right corner. Reverse features "Greenberg strolling to the dug out after his homer in right field stands" printed in black ink, "S5" written in black pencil, "Henry Det BB", a circled "6", and "Staff - Stroecker" written in blue pencil, and "JUN 28 1940" stamped in purple.

    4/18/40: 8x10" photograph shows Greenberg being congratulated by Rudy York after hitting his first home run of the new season. Light-to-moderate wear throughout. Reverse features a Kuenzel stamp, purple "1940 APR 18 PM 4 10" and "APR 23 1940" stamps, "Greenberg being congratulated by York as he crosses plate after his 1st home run of season" written in graphite with "Rudy" added above "York" in blue pencil, "Henry Greenberg Det BB 1" written in blue pencil, "Line are up" written in graphite, and "_ ___ Sport Fri 8 00" written in red pencil.
