    Description

1933 Moe Berg Original News Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. Maybe he wasn't the best player in the Bigs, but he may well have been the coolest. The Ivy-educated polyglot worked double-duty on the 1934 Tour of Japan as a catcher and a spy for the US government. This 8x6" shot finds him a year prior to that famous excursion. A faint adhesive stain at lower left border represents the totality of condition concerns. "Associated Press" stamping on verso. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, Type 1. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
