1930's Babe Ruth Signed Photograph. The definitive Ruth signed photograph. A strong 9/10 black ink inscription from the hand of the game's brightest star finds a home on this classic image of Ruth sending one into the seats. The simple sentiment reads "To Paul Martin, From Babe Ruth." The surname of the recipient should ring a bell for many advanced Ruth collectors, as the Martins were close friends of Babe and his wife Claire, and quite a few various autographed pieces bearing the Martin name have found their way to the auction block in recent years. Few could match the quality of this piece, however, and it should be noted that the photograph itself joins the inscription in its NRMT designation.
