    Description

1930 Old-Timers' Day Panoramic Photograph With Cobb, Young & Speaker. While maybe the swing wasn't quite as crisp as from their playing days, this 22.25x7" panoramic Old Timers' Day photo pays tribute to baseball's earliest superstars. Ty Cobb, captured in his Athletics garb, is joined by fellow notables Tris Speaker, Eddie Collins, Big Ed Walsh, Home Run Baker and Cy Young at Braves Field in Boston. The photograph is free of cracking, an all-too-common occurrence, and originates directly from the Bresnahan family. It was given to him as a token of appreciation for his participation in the exhibition. Letter of provenance from the Bresnahan family.
