    Description

1930 Babe Ruth Contract Signing with Jacob Ruppert Original News Service Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. Babe Ruth is all smiles after signing his contract for the 1930 season. We guess getting $160,000 for two years of playing for the Yankees will do that to a guy. Ruth, clad in his Yankees jacket, is shaking hands with Colonel Jacob Ruppert on the offered 6x8" original photograph. The reverse has a caption affixed, "Apr 1 1930" date stamp and "The Associated Press" stamp. Light wear. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, Type 1. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
