    Description

1929 Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig Original News Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. Polar opposites in terms of personality, Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig had a somewhat strained relationship for many of their years together. It can actually be a little difficult to locate period memorabilia or cards picturing both stars together. The offered type one news photograph is one of the best shots of the duo you will ever find. Ruth, sitting with baseball in his hands, and Gehrig standing right next to Babe, chatting about the game. The 6.5x8.5" photo includes both "Acme Newspictures" and "N.E.A." stamps along with the date of Nov. 13, 1929 and original slug. Good to Very Good condition. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
