    1928 Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Ty Cobb & Tris Speaker Type I News Photograph. Two stars of the first two decades of the 1900's met with the two biggest stars of the 1920's to 1930's in this type one news service photograph. Ty Cobb and Tris Speaker are flanked by Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth in this happy 1928 group photo. Shots of Gehrig and Ruth together are always in high demand, so we expect this to generate a lot of bids. The full bleed photo measures approximately 8x10" and has a Wide World news service stamp on the verso. One corner crease is the only obvious defect on this otherwise Excellent condition photograph. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, Type I.
