    Description

1928 Babe Ruth in "Speedy" Original Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. Harold Lloyd, one of silent cinema's greatest comedic talents, is a delight to watch in this his last silent film. Lloyd portrays a young man whose passion for baseball always causes him to lose his jobs. Again out of work, he gets a job as a cabby in New York City. One of his fares is baseball legend Babe Ruth, in a cameo role, playing himself as one of Speedy's unfortunate clients. Their wild ride ends at the old Yankee Stadium. This extremely rare Type 1 image features Ruth and Lloyd in a crystal clear scene. Measuring at 8x10", it exhibits minimal wear throughout. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
