    Description

1926 Babe Ruth Signed Photograph. Babe Ruth had about as much fun as humanly possible away from the diamond. This magnificent 8x10" portrait photograph was inscribed by the Bambino a little over a month after he made what is arguably the greatest blunder of his storied career when he was caught stealing second to record the final out of the 1926 World Series. The home run hero, clad in a mink coat with an automobile behind him, responsibly signed the upper left corner: "To My Friend Geraldine Miller From "Babe Ruth" Nov. 27-1926." Notice Ruth was still using the quote marks around his name at this time. Ruth looks like he is ready to spend a night out on the town. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from SGC Authentic.
