1924/25 National Photo Washington Senators Team Pictures (23) With Walter Johnson - The First Team Photo Pack? This rare find was from the estate of Walter Johnson. Dating to the 1924/25 seasons, National Photo was the producer of these high quality 4 x 5" photos featuring the Washington Senators. The 23 different images may be the prototypes for what could have been one of the first team picture packs. Includes: Walter Johnson/Muddy Ruel (corners clipped), Altrock/Schacht, Bluege, Goslin, Hargrove, Harris (3 different portraits), Judge, Leibold, Martina (sl. piece missing), Matthews, Miller, Mogridge (corner missing), Ogden, Peckingpaugh, Rice, Ruel (large tear taped), Russell, Tate (corner clip), Taylor (corner clip), Zachery and Zahniser (corner loss). Fronts present up to excellent, all have paper adhered to the reverse and/or some surface loss, each has a "National Photo" copyright stamp.Auction Info
