Partial paper caption on verso tells us that the Babe is "playing" the bass horn with his old buddies from St. Mary's Industrial School just before hitting the fifty-fourth home run of his 1920 season at Philadelphia's Shibe Park. Image measures 6x8" with "The Public Ledger (Philadelphia)" and "Oct 2-1920" stamping on verso. Borders trimmed, with small upper left corner bend, otherwise fine. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
