1920 Babe Ruth Holding Bat Original News Photograph by Bain, PSA/DNA Type 1. With precious few early cards of Babe Ruth available to collectors, more and more hobbyists are turning to type one original photographs, especially examples by legendary photographers such as Conlon, Thompson and Bain. This 4.75x6.5" "Culver Pictures" stamped image is attributed to George Grantham Bain and portrays Ruth in his earliest days as a New York Yankee, holding a bat across his thighs. Good condition with a tiny corner chip and crease across bottom third of image. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
