    1914 Larry Doyle Original Photograph by George Grantham Bain, PSA/DNA Type 1. Larry Doyle was one of baseball's early stars. The 1912 National League MVP and '14 batting champion made his biggest impact with the New York Giants. This 4.25x6.75" photo shows Doyle connecting on an offering during the 1914 campaign while a catcher waits for the ball. The upper left corner is chipped and there is a mark on the lower left side. "Culvers Pictures" is stamped on the reverse and there are additional date stamps from the 1914 season. "L. Doyle" is written. LOA from PSA/DNA, Type 1.
