    Description

1910's Tris Speaker Original News Photograph, PSA/DNA Type 1. The definition of grace on a baseball diamond, Speaker was the greatest fielder of the Deadball Era and a "five-tool" ballplayer who finished his career with a .345 average and 792 doubles. Here we see The Grey Eagle limbering up with his lumber during the 1910's. The bottom corners are chipped but these minor distractions are confined to the border and don't affect the image. Measures approximately 6x4" with "Culver Pictures, Inc." stamp and "Culver Service" sticker both on the back. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, Type 1.
