    Description

Ernie Banks Original Mixed Media Painting. Mr. Cub is known for his enthusiasm for the game and his quote "Let's play two!" He dominated the game winning back to back MVP's 1958-59 while playing at the same time as men like Aaron, and Mays. He held down Shortstop and first baseman for the Chicago Cubs from 1953 through 1971. Banks was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1977 and the Major League Baseball All-Century Team, in 1999. Offered is a 24" x 18" mixed media acrylic painting from artist Grant Smith. The back ground is computer generated images of Banks eyes with the familiar Wrigley Field sign reading "Doubleheader", just the way Ernie would like it! Mild puckering is only visible if you look at the painting from a side angle.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
