Circa 1930 Babe Ruth Signed Autograph Page.
While Babe Ruth didn't create the autograph market, he sure had a big part in its meteoric rise. Other ballplayers incited fans to seek autographs, but Ruth usually had a trail of kids in hopes of a signature wherever he turned. Never one to turn away a youngster, Ruth always made time for his adoring public. This autograph page (3.75x4.75") is signed by Ruth, (9/10) Sam Jones, Lew Fonseca, Lyn Lary, Sam Byrd and one more. The pencil signatures average 8/10 to 9/10 in strength. Encapsulated by SGC, Authentic.
