    Description

2019 Roberto Clemente 1948 Leaf "Card That Never Was" Original Painting by Arthur Miller. Arresting masterwork derives from the studio of Arthur K. Miller, an eminently skilled New England painter whose work has been exhibited as a one-man show at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown since the year 2000, and is likewise featured in many upscale galleries and private collections worldwide. This 29.5x24" canvas creation imagines a hypothetical Roberto Clemente 1948 Leaf card, perfectly capturing the unique aesthetic that has made the set one of the hobby's favorites. Metal fasteners are installed on the upper edges for easy display. Artist has signed front and back.
