2012 Bryce Harper First Game Signed Washington Nationals Lineup Card Also First Hit. Each generation a player comes around who is leaps and bounds above the rest. With a little bit of Pete Rose, Ty Cobb and Mickey Mantle mixed into one is Bryce Harper. Many baseball pundits describe Harper as a throwback with all the intangibles to become baseball's signature star. It doesn't hurt that he is still a teenager and competes against the best of the best on a nightly basis.

Harper's big league dream was realized April 28, 2012 when he was called up from Triple A Syracuse. Of course Harper didn't disappoint as he slashed a double over the head of Matt Kemp for his first hit. This 5.25x7" lineup card was used by manager Davey Johnson that very day. Written in the number seven spot is the name "Harper" and Johnson signed the manager's slot. Harper chipped in with a stellar black sharpie signature on this piece of Nationals history. A small stain appears near Wilson Ramos' name. The blue paper has a horizontal fold mark across the center which goes through Harper's signature but does nothing to compromise it. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
