Description2010 San Francisco Giants World Series Championship Ring. We've offered this identical format as presented to pitcher Brandon Medders and Hall of Fame Giants alumnus Monte Irvin in past auctions, but this "Type A" ring was instead issued to the club's warehouse manager. In every other regard, we stress, it is identical to those earned by the World Champs on the field, placing the winning bidder in an exclusive club with Buster Posey, Pablo Sandoval and the gang.
"World Champions" adorns the ring face in gold, circling a cluster of diamonds forming a team logo "SF." Note the two diamonds separating the words "World" and "Champions" on the face, one of the features distinguishing it from the "B" model ring. Left shank pictures the famous Golden Gate Bridge beneath the "2010" season of glory. Right shank pictures the World Series trophy with an orange stone and the surname of the recipient. Interior band is engraved with the playoff series victories en route to the World Championship, and maker's mark, "Tiffany & Co. .925," indicating 92.5% silver content.
Size twelve (12). Weight is fifty-six grams (56 g.). Fine condition, in original hinged wooden display box and "Tiffany & Co." sales paperwork.
