2009 Philadelphia Phillies National League Championship Pendant in Presentation Box.

UPDATE: This is one of two Championship pendants within this auction consigned directly by former player Clayton Condrey.

For a second consecutive season, the National League flag took flight over the City of Brotherly Love, an achievement commemorated by the spectacular pendant presented here. The design simply lifts the top off the Championship rings presented to the likes of Hamels, Howard and Utley. Genuine diamonds and rubies add sparkle to the design, which boldly announces, "2009 National League Champions Phillies." Reverse is stamped "MOD-HJ-14K." Far rarer than the 2008 World Championship model likewise presented within this Signature auction. Original hinged cherry wood and etched glass display case is included. Pristine condition.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
