    2003 Rafael Palmeiro 500th Home Run Game Used Bases (3). Perhaps the most underrated slugger of the modern era, Raffy's 500 homers and doubles, 3,000 hits and 1,500 RBI's puts him in the rarest of company alongside just Hank Aaron, Willie Mays and Eddie Murray. Presented is a trio of bases that shared the field with the Texas Rangers star on his most celebrated day. On May 11, 2003, Palmeiro launched a seventh inning offering from Cleveland Indians hurler Dave Elder to gain entrance to the 500 Home Run Club at his home ballpark in Arlington. Each base bears a special "Rafael Palmeiro 500" plaque on opposing sides and are affixed with an MLB authentication sticker at underside. The details:
