2000's Ken Griffey Jr. Game Worn Cleats, Batting Gloves & Cap. Ken Griffey Jr. decided to go home when he became a free agent in 2000. The sweet swinging lefty played in front of the home town fans for nine seasons before leaving for Chicago. These game-worn treasures were all worn by The Kid when he called Cincy home. Junior put moderate use into these "Nike Zoom Air size 11" cleats. Griffey's silhouette swing, with his cap backwards, is embroidered in silver on the heels. Both cleats show ample Major League use and have dirt embedded underneath. Also included is Griffey's "New Era size 7 1/8" cap with sweat saturation in the headband and team emblem. "30" is written on the underside. Topping off this catalog listing are Griffey's heavily used batting gloves and a wristband. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
