1998 Tony Gwynn Hit #2,914 (Home Run) Game Worn & Signed San Diego Padres Cap, Batting Gloves, Wristbands & Game Used Baseball Lot of 6 with Alicia Gwynn COA's. Dating from the leadup to Gwynn's entry into the coveted 3,000 hit club, this important ensemble dates from the 9/8/98 contest versus the San Francisco Giants when the Hall of famer recorded career hit #2,914. Includes: 1) Navy New Era cap, size "7 1/8", with "19" on the interior crown, "9/8/98 2914 HR" on the gray underbill and signed on the outer brim in white sharpie; 2-3) Pair of Franklin batting gloves with "TG" branding, "2914 HR 9/8/98" inscriptions and faded blue sharpie autographs; 4-5) Pair of gray wristbands with Rawlings branding and Gwynn's "19" in blue embroidery; and 6) Game used and signed ONL (Coleman) sphere used to record hit #2,914.
