1996 Dwight Gooden No-Hitter Presentational Wristwatch. His skills tragically diminished by injury and drug problems, Doc Gooden exhibited one last glimpse of the brilliance that made him the premier pitcher of the mid-1980's with a dominant no-hit performance against the Seattle Mariners on May 14, 1996 at Yankee Stadium. In order to commemorate the feat, and to thank his teammates for their assistance, Gooden presented Hamilton watches like this to his fellow Yanks. The face is an elegantly simple navy blue with the classic Yankees logo, and the back is engraved "Dwight Gooden, No-Hitter vs. Seattle, Yankee Stadium, 5-14-96." Watch remains in Mint unworn condition in original case.
