    Description

1995 Greg Maddux Atlanta Braves World Series Championship Ring Box (No Ring). Greg Maddux took the Atlanta Braves from the bottom of the standings and made them into perennial contenders. The team's fourteen consecutive division titles will never be duplicated. For all of their success, the Braves were only able to hoist the World Series trophy one time. In 1995, the Braves were able to claim baseball's top prize by beating the Cleveland Indians. Maddux silenced the Indians' bats in the opening contest. He dropped a 5-4 decision in Game 5. The team was able to end the series the following day though. This cherry wood hinged presentation box (7x6.5") housed Maddux's only World Series ring. "Braves Presented to Greg Maddux" is engraved on top. Blue and red velvet appears inside.
