1991 Minnesota Twins World Series Championship Trophy Presented to Outfielder Chili Davis. Ranked by ESPN as the greatest Series ever played, the 1991 Fall Classic saw five of its seven games decided by a single run, four won in the final at-bat, and three extended into extra innings. This one derives from the hands of Chili Davis, who led the team in homers and RBI during the regular season and served as the Twins starting designated hitter for eleven of their twelve post-season games.Gold colored pennants representing all Major League teams, flying a foot high at center, sprout from a circular base wearing a belt engraved with the words "World Series Champions, Minnesota Twins, 1991, Chili Davis." Press pins of the Twins and the heartbroken Atlanta Braves are set upon the base in front of baseball and crown sculpture. No team has ever battled harder than the Twins for its sport's ultimate prize, and it remains to this day the last World Championship for the franchise, so bidding should be aggressive for this twelve-inch (12") tall prize.
