    Description

1990 Cincinnati Reds World Championship Salesman's Sample Ring. Presented is a dead ringer (sorry for that) of the prize awarded to Eric Davis for his memorable role in the 1990 World Series, homering in his first at-bat to trigger a four-game sweep of the Oakland A's. Crafted from ten karat gold-plated base metal, the size nine ring features a real diamond studded logo Reds "C" on the face, set in a red stone. Running the perimeter in raised lettering, "Cincinnati Reds 1990 World Champions." Left shank features a miniature Riverfront Stadium and the words "Davis 44, Wire to Wire." Right shank holds a miniature World Series trophy with the text "Sweep, C-4, A-0." Factory code is imprinted inside the band, which is cut at the bottom for easy resizing.
