1982 Bob McAdoo Game Worn Los Angeles Lakers Shoes - Used in Finals Clinching Game 6 Performance. Bob McAdoo was a scoring machine as evidenced by his three scoring titles. When injuries took their toll on the Hall of Fame center, McAdoo settled into the role of backup for the Los Angeles Lakers. When Kareem needed a breather, the opposition had to contend with the still potent McAdoo. Secured by a ball boy for the Lakers following the team's Game 6 series-clinching win over the 76ers are these "Adidas [size] 16" shoes. McAdoo visited the fountain of youth as he notched 16 points to go with nine rebounds and three blocks in the decisive contest. The laces have been removed, and McAdoo signed the sides in 9/10 black felt tip. Letter of provenance from former Lakers ball boy. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
