1980's George Brett Game Used Fielder's Glove. George Brett stifled plenty of rallies manning the Hot Corner during his two-decade long career with the Kansas City Royals. In 1985, Brett received his one Gold Glove which fit perfectly with the team's championship ring. This Wilson glove was used by Brett for at least one season if not more. Great pocket wear is captured on the inside. "5" is written in vintage marker on the outside reinforcement. "George Brett" is branded into the pinkie, a very early attempt of putting names on a glove. Brett placed an 8/10 blue felt tip signature near the pinkie. A name tag (Frank Copi) is zip-tied on the glove as well. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. LOA from Joe Phillips.
