Description
1979 George Foster All-Star Game Ring. The Big Red Machinist was enjoying his fourth consecutive Midsummer Classic when he was presented this attractive ring commemorating the fiftieth edition of the All-Star Game. An orange stone and faux diamonds give sparkle to the ring face, which boldly announces, "Baseball All Star." Left shank features a Mariners logo and text that reads, "1979 Seattle Mariners," a nod to the home city of the contest. Right shank provides "Foster" attribution above "50 All Star Game." Interior band of the siladium ring is stamped "Balfour Quasar Plus" and measures to a size ten and a half.
