    1978 Los Angeles Dodgers National League Championship Ring. A sixteenth National League pennant is commemorated by this impressive ring issued to a groundskeeper at Dodger Stadium. A blue stone at center is adorned with a "Dodgers" logo and a single inset diamond with the look of a baseball lofting skyward. "National League Champions 1978" rings the perimeter of the stone. Left shank features crossed bats behind a baseball with the original owner's (C.L. Flemming) name stamped into the sweet spot. The right shank provides an "LA" logo and the number "3,347,845," making note of the first time in Major League history a team surpassed three million in attendance. "Balfour 14k" stamping inside band, which measures to a size 12.
