    Description

1974 Hank Aaron's First Home Run Bronze Sculpture by Holland. Created the year Hammerin' Hank became the Home Run King, this masterful work finds a rookie Milwaukee Braves outfielder taking the first step on that long journey. Statue stands upon a wooden base holding an engraved plaque that provides the details: "Henry 'Hank' Aaron, HR#1, Date 4-23-54, Place St. Louis, Mo., Pitcher Raschi, Sculptor: Thomas Holland." Stands seventeen inches tall, including the wooden base. Fine condition.
