1973 President Nixon's All-Star Baseball Team Posters Lot of 100+. Our thirty-seventh President was also one of the White House's biggest baseball fans, a fact that is evidenced by his astute choice of the game's finest players, which he made public during his presidency. One enterprising young lady took it upon herself to create a poster featuring images of baseball cards of Dick's picks. Presented here are over 100 of these posters in overwhelmingly EX-MT or better condition, with only a small percentage exhibiting mild to moderate wear. The 1972 booklet, complete with embossed Presidential logo, that presents Nixon's choices is also here, in original White House mailing envelope. Also included is a letter of thanks on White House letterhead from a Nixon assistant thanking the creator of the subsequent poster for her thoughtfulness.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
