Beloved even in enemy territory, Robinson was honored in the land of the Royals with the presentation of this silver-plated box engraved, "Brooks Robinson, To a great ballplayer and an outstanding citizen with lasting gratitude, First Annual Kansas City Baseball Award Dinner, January 23, 1972." Box measures 3.5x6.5x1.5". Typical tarnishing, otherwise fine. Letter of provenance from Brooks Robinson.
