1968 Jackie Robinson Signed Letter. Jackie Robinson may be baseball's most important figure as he shattered the sport's color barrier. Away from the diamond, Robinson fathered three children. His first born, Jackie Jr., battled drug and emotional problems his entire life. This typed letter, dated March 12, 1968, is in response from one person's well wishes during a troubled time. The body features this heartfelt line: "We know the only real solution is the love and understanding we as a family give our son, and it is our intention to give everything we have to pull him through this critical condition."

Robinson ends the letter (7.25x10.5") with a 9/10 signature in blue ballpoint. Regular mailing folds are present. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
