    Description

1967 St. Louis Cardinals World Series Championship Salesman's Sample Ring. The enablers of the Bambino's Curse, the '67 Cards teased the Boston Red Sox with a World Series Game Seven before Bob Gibson closed out the Series with a nine-inning gem. This Balfour ring (non gold) mirrors the one presented to the likes of Gibson, McCarver, Maris, Flood, Brock and Carlton. A larger faux diamond is joined by four others, which serve as the bases on front. "World Champions" surrounds the perimeter. Left shank announces "St. Louis Cardinals 1967" along with an image of Busch Stadium. The opposite side has "Schoendienst Mgr." and a Cardinals emblem embossed. "Balfour" is stamped inside. Size eleven. Weight is 24.9 (g.). LOA from PSA/DNA, Authentic.
