1963 Alex Pompez Signed Check.Refer to a copy of Sports Market Report magazine to find a price for an Alex Pompez check and you'll be met with three letters: UNK. Well, your friends at Heritage are happy to contradict that "unknown" status with the offering presented here, a high-grade personal check made payable to a "Luis Triana Diaz" in the sum of $200. All ink and Pompez' official signature at bottom right are in the Hall of Famer's 9+/10 hand, and though bank stamping does intersect with the writing, it does little to distract. No creases, stains or tears to be found. Here's a chance to take your Negro League and/or Hall of Fame check collection to a place where few (if any) could follow. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
