    1960 Joe Cronin Signed Invitation Letter to All-Star Game from The Brooks Robinson Collection. Here for your consideration is the original letter sent by American League President Joe Cronin to Brooks Robinson inviting him to play in his first All-Star Game appearance in 1960. Letter has been signed in 8/10 ink by Cronin, a fellow Hall of Fame player as well. In the letter, Cronin reminds players that this was not to be treated like "another exhibition game" and players should stay in shape for the event. Includes original mailing envelope and player's schedule of events. Framed to 15x17.5." Letter of provenance from Brooks Robinson. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
