    Description

1957-58 Milwaukee Braves Stadium Banner. Big bats and superstar pitching arms led the Braves all the way to the promised land, topping the Yankees in the 1957 Series for the club's first World Championship since the Miracle Braves of 1914. The city of Milwaukee rejoiced when Bushville beat those damn Yankees. A year later the pinstriped crew returned the favor and reclaimed the championship.

This massive stadium flag measures 101" from side to side and 36" from the top to it lowest point . It would have been used in either the '57 or '58 World Series as Milwaukee participated in both. One side has "Welcome Series Fans" and an image of the team's logo screened. Some of the script has faded away from exposure to the elements. The red, white and blue offering is the first of its kind we have offered. Five gold grommets are in-place to allow display.
